Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are clean, free of pet hair, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your generated shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
